Pausing quietly for a moment or two can be very nice.

Simply giving ourselves a few minutes of quiet to start our day… or even pausing willy nilly throughout the day can be really nice…

It’s really easy to just simply pause….and breath…in quiet…yes… Pausing helps us to be grounded, centered, focused and thoughtful…

and when we’re grounded, centered, focused and thoughtful, it’s easier to be intentionally nice…

…because nice matters
